Hope everyone enjoyed watching the Oscars and the red carpet fashion! One of my favorite looks was Jessica Chastain's amazing Alexander McQueen. Jackie Emerson and I went to InStyle magazine's viewing party at Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood where we raided the candy bar for Gummy bears, Reese's Pieces and Sour Patch Kids. (Click here to see who else attended!) I really loved my dress, which was designed by Belle Sauvage. It has these cool mint green side panels that were three-dimensional, and a purple other- wordly print down the front and back that reminded me of something someone in The Hunger Games' Capitol would wear. (Thanks to stylist Sophie Banks Coloma!) I wore my own Calvin Klein peep toe shoes, along with a purple Tyler Alexander purse and sparkling Forevermark drop earrings. Jackie looked pretty in pink (and red!) Preen.
Happy Super Bowl Sunday, everybody! Just got back from buying the ingredients I needed to make my yummy spinach-artichoke dip. I'm going to an all-girls viewing party. While at the market, I picked up the new Seventeen magazine. The Hunger Games cast has been doing lots of fun photo shoots. Like the denim one I did, along with Jacqueline Emerson, Willow Shields and Isabelle Fuhrman, for Seventeen's March issue. There's, um, a little problem with my last name. All I can say is, no one who knows me would ever call me "stern," which you can tell if you watch the behind-the-scenes video.
I also talked to Teen Vogue. They have an exclusive photo from Rue's interview with Caesar Flickerman. In the article, I talk about how Dayo Okeniyi and Alexander Ludwig used to bench-press me. In another story in the same issue, Alexander snitches on me. He claims I played pranks on him on the set! What on earth could he be talking about?
OK, I'm off to my party! I'm looking forward to seeing Madonna, the new Hunger Games trailer (again!) and all those fun commercials! Oh yeah, and the game, of course!
